User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:64.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/64.0 Steps to reproduce: Used Firefox for Facebook, YouTube etc Actual results: There are multiple volume sliders. Even after FF is closed there are volume sliders. Currently after restarting Firefox and only opening 1 tab of FB + this tab there are masses of them. They are cleared when you kill the volume mixer and reopen it. Expected results: It should not be necessary to need to close and open the volume mixer in Windows for the correct number of FF sliders to appear.
