User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; rv:62.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/62.0 Steps to reproduce: I logged into a Joomla 3.8.13 (latest version) website admin panel as Superuser on Firefox (v 62.0.3 32bit) on my Windows 10 desktop. I attempted to access the Advanced Module Manager (AMM). Actual results: It promptly bumped me out of the admin panel and back to the home page but did not actually log me out. I have run the following tests: 1. Checked the PHP version - it is 7.1.17 2. Logged in as Superuser on both MS Edge and Chrome browsers and AMM works fine on there 3. Disabled AMM - access to modules is allowed in Firefox 4. Reinstalled an old backup going back to Joomla 3.8.11 and AMM 7.5.0 but the results are the same: all works fine on Edge and Chrome but bumped off in Firefox. 5. Updated the site to Joomla 3.8.13 and AMM 7.8.0 and all other extensions/plugins updated so back to where I was. 6. Re-tested on Edge, Chrome and Firefox. Edge and Chrome fine. AMM on Firefox still not working. 7. Turned off Roboform in case there is a conflict. No difference. 8. Tested again on a different device - on my Windows 10 laptop which is using Firefox v 62.0.3 64bit - and AMM works ok. 8. Turned off Roboform in case there is a conflict. No difference. Expected results: I should have been able to access modules in the Joomla control panel
I should clarify that several other Joomla websites that I manage are hosted on cPanel servers and do not have this problem. I have updated AMM to version 7.8.1 this morning but it makes no difference.
Hi, Thanks for reporting this issue, I tried reproducing this issue but without any success, I downloaded the Joomla 3.8.13 from (https://downloads.joomla.org/), I also installed XAMPP v3.2.2 from (https://www.apachefriends.org/download.html) and after I added the Advanced Module Manager I logged out and Logged back in again as a super user without any issues, I was able to reach it without any problems. I used our latest version of Firefox Nightly 65.0a1 (2018-10-26) (32-bit) if you could Download this and try your steps again to recheck if the issue still occurs and maybe add a few more steps, it would help us a lot. You can find the latest version of Nightly here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/

Hi. I reported this before going away for a few days so apologies for the delay in responding again. What I should emphasise is that this problem is ONLY on a website that is hosted with Plesk server. I have over 20 other Joomla websites that I manage that are all on cPanel and I do not have a problem. I have just logged in again and see that Firefox has just updated to Firefox Quantum v 63.0 (32-bit) and I am still having the problem. I don't know anything about Firefox Nightly so I'll look that up and download it if I'm able to shortly and will update you then. Thanks.
Update: 1. I have installed Firefox Nightly = same results 2. I have installed a copy of the website onto a cPanel-hosted sub-domain = no problem accessing the module manager in Firefox Nightly. 3. The 'problem' site is using an Apache server with 5.5.56-MariaDB and PHP version 7.1.17; all the other websites I manage (none of which have this problem and which are mostly using a version of the same template) are on Litespeed Servers and either using 10.0.34-MariaDB-cll-lve and PHP 7.1.21 or 10.2.18-MariaDB and PHP 7.1.23. 4. I have also contacted the owners of the 'problem' server and asked them to look into it. I think that's all the information I can give you at this time.
RESOLVED The PHP version on the server has been updated from 7.1.17 to 7.2.5 and that seems to have done the trick and I can now access the Advanced Module Manager. Why it should only be a problem on Firefox 32bit version I don't know. But at least it's sorted now. Thank you for your time looking into this.

Based on Comment 5, this seems it was a server issue and since it works now I will mark it as Resolved WorksForMEm, I'm glad this issue no longer occurs for you.
