Environment: Device: Huawei MediaPad M2(Android 5.1.1), One Plus 5T (Android 8.1.0); Build: Nightly 64.0a1 (2018-10-22), 64.0b3; Steps to reproduce: 1. Go to Wikipedia and open an article; 2. Tap on the reading icon; 3. Tap on the security icon from the URL bar. Expected result: A green lock is displayed informing the user that the connection is secured. Actual result: After step 2, the green lock is changed into a grey globe. The grey globe icon is not responsive if we perform step 3. Notes: - reproducible only with the items added to the reading mode; - Video: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1l6Abq2Ve0rU3O_e7XrAZayorQo2tvok1
