As a follow-up to prior conversation:

channelserver currently is configured for local operation and does not have a set of expected configuration options. 

If desired the following environment options can be specified:

PAIR_PORT (default: 8000) - Connection websocket port to use
PAIR_HOSTNAME (default: "0.0.0.0") - Connection host to accept websocket connections on. 
PAIR_MMDB_LOC (default: "./mmdb/latest/GeoLite2-City.mmdb" ) Path to MaxMind GeoLite2 city database. (Can use channelserver/fetch_mmdb.bash to fetch and store latest database.)

Other settings are available and described in channelserver/src/settings.rs. 

In addition, there is a channelserver/Dockerfile present which should create a working docker instance (including the MaxMind DB).
