Steps to reproduce:
Loaded a webpage that displays a list of checkboxes
Actual results:
each checkbox is duplicated, and checking one actually checks them both
Expected results:
There should only be one checkbox. This issue started happening after upgrading today to version 63. it did not happen in prior versions.

Can you please provide the URL of the problematic page? Checkboxes are everywhere, and we haven’t seen the issue elsewhere.

I've actually isolated this down to an issue from a tool vendor. It did start happening just after upgrading to v63, but i was able to make some modifications in the vendors tools to isolate this issue. Something changed in the v63 branch that caused these controls to render differently but i'm going to attack this from the tool vendor side.
