Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.13; rv:62.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/62.0
Steps to reproduce:
1) opened a new container tab
2) went to a URL
3) created a bookmark
4) opened that bookmark in a new tab
Actual results:
The tab went to that URL, but with the default container (or is it no container? I'm not sure of the nomenclature.).
Expected results:
It should have gone to the URL with the container used when creating the bookmark.
For me it's mostly a matter of convenience. But without this it becomes very easy to accidentally link your default container with specific other containers, and thus lose anonymity.

It would be nice if the container is a bookmark property that can also be modified for existing bookmarks.
This would greatly enhance working with multiple accounts.
Example use case:
Bookmark outlook.com with e-mail workmail@company.com Container: Work
Bookmark outlook.com with e-mail personalmail@outlook.com Container: Personal
I first wanted to create another issue but I think we both want the same feature, bookmarks that are linked to a container?

This has been open for ages as far as I see. Is there any possibility this is developed? I especially like steven.goris approach.
