[Steps to reproduce]:
1.Go to http://www.pdf995.com/samples/pdf.pdf.
2.Press the End button

[Expected result]:
- The last page is fully scrolled down at the end of the document.

[Actual result]:
- The last page is not fully scrolled down at the end of the document.

[Regression range]:
-Will return with regression ASAP. 

[Additional notes]:
- This inconsistency is not present on other browsers such as the latest version of Chrome.

This behaviour is first of all consistent with other PDF viewers (such as e.g. Adobe Reader), and was second of all purposely implemented in order to avoid triggering unnecessary rendering operations (see https://github.com/mozilla/pdf.js/pull/4941).
