Steps to reproduce:
Se procede a iniciar la aplicación y se detecta que no funcionan todas las interfaces correctamente
Actual results:
Cuando seleccione el vinculo que necesitaba no cargo
Expected results:
Se deberia generar una nueva pestaña para visualizar

Se procede a verificar la solicitud generada, se detecta que debe ser validada por el administrador de la aplicación.
