[iPad] There is scroll to get to tab in focus when changing from normal <-> private when the number of tabs is different

Steps
1-On normal mode open 6 tabs, keep focus on latest one
2-On private mode open 7 tabs, keep focus on latest one
3-Change from one mode to the other using the direct dedicated button
Actual
Please see video file attached. When going from normal to private mode there is a scroll to get to the selected tab (the latest one)
Expected
Last tab should be in focus, no scroll should be shown when changing from one mode to the other
