It started as a bc5 failure and then switched chunks and failed on bc8 as you can see from here: http://tinyurl.com/y9yj8598

I think that this is the same issue, or at least very closely related to, the issue in bug 1502169. Marking as a dupe for now, and if fixing the other doesn't fix this intermittent, I can revisit.
