View|Character Set menu UI names are not same as spec
Specs is in http://terra.mcom.com/eng/projects/new5.0/charset-ui-names.html We need to follow the charset menu in spec. Tested 9-27 Mac build.
Summary: View|Character Set menu is not same as spec → View|Character Set menu UI names is not same as spec
Bob's spec refers only to 1) UI names and 2) grouping of charsets. Other aspects of charset menu specs such as A) order, B) what to exclude, C) the final extent of menu items, etc. to be included for Netscape commercial builds need to be refernced from this document: http://rocknroll/users/momoi/publish/seamonkey/50intlui.html (Seamonkey International UI Overview & Descriptions) Note items B) and C) are not yet completed in the UI Overview document but will be soon. Until then, for C) the M10 set (49 items) should be our reference set. Not the ones in the new script generated items.
"Not the ones in the new script generated items." should be corrected to: "Not the ones in the new script generated charset menu."

Changed the summary line.
As part of the M9 charset menu workaround, I published the charset menu names list as diffs for the relevant .dtd files. I don't know if one can salvage the names from these files, but the names in these files have been normalized to Bob's spec. Here are the files: 1. navigator http://www.mozilla.org/quality/intl/m9/charmenu/navigator/diffs/charmenudtd.txt 2. messenger http://www.mozilla.org/quality/intl/m9/charmenu/messenger/diffs/charmenudtd.txt 3. editor http://www.mozilla.org/quality/intl/m9/charmenu/editor/diffs/charmenudtd.txt 4. messengercompose http://www.mozilla.org/quality/intl/m9/charmenu/messengercompose/diffs/msgcmpsch armenudtdt.txt 1-3 are all the same things but corresponding ENTITY names were different in the old charset menu creation.

Fixed. Please put the UI names into the file: /mozilla/intl/uconv/src/charsetTitles.properties
Looks very good. Any additional/new UI names needed in future should be placed in the file cata points to.
I verified this in 2000020108 Win32, Mac and 2000020110 Linux build.
