Sorry for being this late. Treeherder/Perfherder just didn't catch this on time.
If I've identified the wrong bug, do mention that. I had to look for it in this big merge patch [1] and it seemed the most related to the issue we have. Resolving this as invalid - the build time increase is expected. Before we weren't producing debug symbols; now we are. Unfortunately that doubled the time; but 20 minutes isn't prohibitive. Thanks for noticing though!
