We should keep the CFR icon (minimized version) on the page which displayed it until the person dismisses the recommendation. This protects against people seeing the recommendation, not immediately engaging with it, and going back to the page where they remember seeing it in order to recover the message. Paths that remove the CFR button/icon from the URL bar are: - Clicking on the Add Now Button - Clicking "Don't Show Me This Recommendation" - Turning off recommendations from Preferences Paths that DO NOT remove the CFR button/icon from the URL bar are: - Clicking the (?) More info icon - Clicking learn more (and never adding the extension) - Clicking "Not Now"
