Expect Result:
Spell-checks related options show in popup menu.

Actual Result:
There are no spell-checks related options showing in popup menu.

Context menu tests for spell-checker are all disabled, see bug 1246296.

I have tried to debug bug 1246296, but doesn't have any progress, unfortunately. File bug 1556309 for adding tests after bug 1246296 is fixed.
