Actual results:
After updating Firefox Nighty to the lastest updates i got loged out from all websites i loged in . Plus i didn't change any settings When i relogin and then i close the browser and reopen it, it do the same ! Please fix it !

This works for me with the latest nightly on windows10. (Built from https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/182a1b088330a2d72310ae2561004d955571e236 )
Do you have any settings for cookies changed or cookie related extension installed ?
