When i go fullscreen in most of websites it appears white bar down the website when i try to switch between tabs.

It's a tool to help find the Nightly build in which the problem started. It will automatically download and open the Nightly builds for you to test the problem, and then you say if you saw the problem in that version or not, and it will continue the search until it narrows down it to a single version.

Ok, so I was able to reproduce this bug, and it's not a bug in the UI per se, but rather just slowness on repainting the website when resizing it. You can see that the effect is worse on pages that are larger or more complex. If you're on a very simple page, in which resizing will occur fast, it's harder to notice it.
My suggestion is that we should not make the tab bar to occupy any space when it slides down, and actually just slide on top of the web content. There's already a bug for that, so I'll mark it as a duplicate
