150462 - IMAP Mark as Deleted: Deleting a message does not show as deleted on stand alone message window

This bug is about the visual feedback when deleting a message on IMAP server.

To reproduce:
1. On an IMAP server, set "Mark as deleted" when deleting message.
2. Open a message in a new window.
3. Delete the message.

Actual Result: Nothing happens on screen. The message is actually deleted, but
there is no visual clue whether this has happened. Doesn't advance to the next
message either.

Expected Result: Show in some way that the message as deleted. And move to the
next message, just like it does in the main Mail window.

I cannot reproduce this problem on the current branch build IMAP mark as deleted
mode.
What kind of the IMAP Server are you connecting with?

Karen did you open the message in the new window?

1. Open the message in the new window
2. Clicking on 'Delete' in the 'new window' 

RESULT: It will delete the message. BUT the window stays there! Nothing appears
to happen. (Maximize your 'new window' before you delete, it'll be more clear).

EXPECTED: The message either advanced to the next one, or the window should be
closed.

ALSO: The delete button should be disabled, or change to 'Undelete'.

Confirmed that I can reproduce this problem on the current branch build 
-- Delete button is not working for mark as deleted mode on a stand alone
message window.

1) Setup IMAP Mark as deleted mode
2) From the thread pane, double click to bring up the stand alone window
3) Select delete button on the tool bar of stand alone window 

Actual Results: View the results on the thread pane -> Nothing happens
Expected results: Should mark as deleted on the thread pane after delete this
message on the stand alone message window. 
Also, the highlight should move to next message after the delete.

sorry for the spam.  making bugzilla reflect reality as I'm not working on these bugs.  filter on FOOBARCHEESE to remove these in bulk.
