Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Firefox for Android.
2. Visit this page https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/input/week#Value
3. Tap on the week input box and open native week selection dialog
4. Choose a week and click "SET" to close selection dialog.



Actual results:

After selection dialog closed, software keyboard surprisingly opened.


Expected results:

Software keyboard should not open because users have selected the value they want.

Build: Firefox Nightly 65.0a1 (2018-11-04)

I could reproduce the issue following your steps. 
It is also reproducible on Beta 64.0b6 and Release 62.0.3.

P3 because this bug doesn't break the functionality of the week selection dialog.

It would be interesting to know whether this bug also affects GeckoView in Focus and the Reference Browser.

Actually, we doesn't have UI for type=week (bug 1283383). If UI doesn't use textbox, it will be fixed.
