As part of the Webrender dashboard work, I implemented some pyspark pandas UDFs for computing per-user quantiles. These are generally useful and should be added to mozanalysis (see blocked bug). I spoke with Rob on Friday and we agreed that these seem like a good fit. The next step is to tear my code out of my notebook, write some unit tests for it, and send a PR. This work will be tracked on Github.
