A pinned tab doesn't remain pinned after is moved to another window
[Affected versions]: - Firefox 63.0.1 - Firefox 64.0b6 - Nightly 65.0a1 [Affected platforms]: - macOS 10.13 - Ubuntu 18.04 x64 - Windows 10 x64 [Steps to reproduce]: 1. Pin a tab. 2. Right-click on the tab -> Move Tab -> Move to New Window. 3. Observe behaviour. [Expected result]: - A New Window is opened. - The tab is pinned in the New Window. [Actual result]: - A New Window is opened. - The tab is not pinned in the New Window. [Regression range]: - I don't think this is a regression. I can reproduce the issue using Firefox from 2011 - 01 - 02. [Additional Notes]: - This happens if you drag and drop a pinned tab from one Window to another.

It depends on where you drag it to in the new window. If you drag it to the first position in the tab strip, then it's gonna stay pinned. If you drop it after an un-pinned window, it will be unpinned. However, the "Move to New Window" as well as just dragging the pinned tab out seems like a bug to me indeed.
