Click on sidebar and it opens very narrow, must drag it open wider to view tabs.
 Once sidebar is dragged open no tabs are viewable, the sidebar window is grey
with no tabs showing.  Close and relaunch Mozilla and everything is displayed
properly.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.click on sidebar
2.click and drag sidebar to open wider
3.

Actual Results:  Sidebar window is grey and no tabs are showing.

Expected Results:  sidebar should open to width from previous use of Mozilla,
and tabs should be viewable
