From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.0.0) Gecko/20020530
BuildID: 2002053012
In some pages images won't load or even the entire page. Mozilla doesn't even
try to pull down the images or page, it just pulls up the incorrect image again
off of it's cache.
This doesn't happen with Netscape PR1, however, which uses the Mozilla engine.
I don't know why this is, however.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.reload or visit page again
2.
3.
Actual Results: Page still incorrectly/not displayed.
Expected Results: Loaded the page and all of it's content.
Are you sharing a profile between Moz and Netscape? That is known to cause
problems- see Bug 134517.
Reload does reload from cache. What happens when you hit [SHIFT]+Reload, which
should reload from the server? If this isn't coming from sharing profiles, it
could very well be Bug 121084.

Using shift+reload did the trick, it loaded the
images/page instead of just the old, wrong version.
