150576 - browser does not display a page and crashes on reload [@ nsImageBoxListener::OnStopDecode]

Appears in build 2002060908 and few previos builds (not in Mozilla 1.0).
Set preferences as following : 
In Preferences/Navigator/Tabbed Browsing - set load links in background and open
new tab on middle click.
In Preferences/Advanced/Scripts & Plugins - disable open unrequested windows.

1. Open attached test page.
2. Middle click on the link. New tab will be created. Wait until page finishes
to load on the new tab.
3. Click new tab to open it. It shows an empty black page.
4. Reload the page. After page is displayed browser crashes. Sometimes it takes
few more seconds.

If you are crashing in Mozilla the best thing you can do to help the developers
fix your bug is to attach a stacktrace. If you're not building yourself you are
not out of luck. Mozilla releases nightly and milestone builds with Netscape's
Talkback (you can get latest build on:
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest/) Talkback should catch most
crashes and offer to send in a crash report. Developers can retrieve that crash
report and attach it to your bug report if you provide either the Incident ID
(you can get it by running the talkback program from /components/talkback/). 
Thanks for your help in testing Mozilla and reporting bugs.
