When double clicking an attachment and then choosing "save this file to disk"
the file permission is incorrectly set to 600 while my umask is set to 027. When
right-clicking on the attachment and then selecting "save-as" however sets the
correct file permission.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Make sure you have umask set ( and not to 0)
2.Just save attachments in both ways
3.look at the file permissions

Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED

Resolution: --- → DUPLICATE
Please note that there are two different save as dialogs and that just one of
them saves with wrong file permissions
