What is the status of testing on Android? Is there now a bot farm which can be used?

you can run tests again real pixel 2 devices (android-hw-p2, or android-hw-g5). Some examples:

there is mochitest-media running against pixel2. If you want other types of tests to run, it might take some fiddling in taskcluster configs:
