Steps to reproduce: 1. Go to following websites and click at Images/product https://www.bing.com/ https://www.alibaba.com/ 2.Scroll down quickly I see a delay in loading images in Mac OS 10.13, Ubuntu 18.04 and Windows 10x64. Build ID 20181109101751
