Details

STR: 1. Load https://codepen.io/webcompat/pen/EOgBWJ 2. Tap first box's "Try to click me" link. Expected Result: The link works. Actual Result: The link does not work, but the style change occurs (the link pushed down 1px). Oddly, this is not reproducible on Firefox for Desktop.
