1507565 - Can' t login to mozilla-community's plesk, can't login via SSH either

Hola!

I have an account (username: mautematico) on mozilla-community's plesk to do admin level tasks on mozillanativo.org; however I am unable to login.

https://plesk.mozilla-community.org:8443/

When I try to login with my username and password, I get this red error message:

>Error: The amount of resources you operate with has exceeded the limits defined by your current product license. Please contact Plesk sales department and purchase a new license key.

I know my account is recognized because when I use a wrong password the message becomes

>Error: You have entered incorrect username or password.


Also I am unable to connect via ssh, as my public key gets rejected; but I should be able to fix that once emy plesk account gets beyond the login screen.

Please help me get my plesk account able to login again; thank you.
