1507998 - Add support for security questions in the password manager

Numerous sites use "security questions" in addition to a password in an attempt to increase login security.

For example, a site registration might use "Name of the town you grew up in" as a security question. This can be problematic because 1) in some cases the answer to these questions can be easily guessed by an attacker, 2) if the site is breached, the answer to those questions might be leaked along with the password and the user may have used them on other sites or will use them again in the future and 3) it gives the site more private information about the user.

For users that want to treat those questions as additional password fields and enter unique password-like answers for each site, it would be useful for the password manager to remember those security questions and answers.
