We need to collect per-test coverage information periodically, to avoid stale coverage information. Right now we're only running tests when they are introduced and when they are modified.
I think once/week we should do a full run on mozilla-central and not worry about what was collected during the week with TC* jobs. How often do we update the dump of per-test coverage information from activedata? If it is daily that would be good so we can catch the coverage of new/updated test files. Another thought- if we are running the specific tests for coverage on integration branches, then we could collect TC* data per commit and it would be 95%+ updated all the time.
