Details | Review 
Integrate all AES-GCM test vectors from project Wycheproof into NSS.
Adapted AES-GCM unittests and added testvectors from porject Wycheproof.
Scripts for automatic generation of C header files is still in an external
repository and could be integrated in NSS later.
Adapted chacha20_poly1305 unittests to wycheproof testcases.
Extended test vector header generation script to include chacha.
