STR: 1. Navigate to about:addons 2. Shrink window horizontally so that left pane of the addons page shows only icon 3. Shrink window vertically so that vertical scrollbar appears in left pane AR: Horizontal scrollbar appears ER: Horizontal scrollbar should not appear Shrinking the window horizontally only does not trigger this. Horizontal scrollbar appears only when the window is shrunk enough both vertically(for the vertical scrollbar to appear) and horizontally(to trigger icon only left pane).
