Details

In Bug 1299118, a UserTiming payload was used for a TTI payload. Looking at the definitions for the payloads, this seems like a reasonable choice. However that payload is meant for a specific DOM API (performance.mark and performance.measure). We should go through and document the uses for the payloads, and directions for creating a new payload as is needed. This will help ensure quality information gets received by the profiler front end.
