master 78abd5f37 1. Open Library panel and go to the History or Bookmarks section. 2. Long press on an entry from the list and select "Open in New/Private Tab". Expected: The "Switch to tab" toast should be displayed inside the Library panel. Actual: The toast is displayed only after dismissing the Library panel.
