I can reproduce this not running that well. Nothing jumped out at me from the profile though.

I could reproduce the problem on my mac. It seems that RenderBackend::update_document() + RenderThread::UpdateAndRender() took more than 16ms.

I saw another bug on https://italic.com/. When I scrolled down the page, product image was not rendered. When I contined scrolling up and down, product image was rendered as flickering. It is a different problem, it seems better to create another new bug.

I saw the problem on Win10, mac and linux.

This is still quite slow - seems to be all in WR DL time, which (I think?) indicates blob raster.
