Bug 1502048 updated our environments with globals from our webidl files.

We should ideally find a way to update either automatically, or semi-automatically the globals list to avoid the need for manual updates by developers.

This might need us to introduce a build dependency somewhere, though if we do that, we also need to think about integrating with editors.
