Details
As noted in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1500400#c5, we should make it easier for users to "do the right thing" when retriggering jobs, especially when they need to re-run jobs multiple times. This will require catching multiple identical users actions and warning them/suggesting an alternative. It may also require creating custom actions to do things more efficiently for common use cases.

I like the idea of warning after the second retrigger usage, and suggesting using a (new) shift+r combination for prompting how many times to retrigger (from bug 1500400 comment 5). This is related to bug 1425456 but slightly more generic, so I might forward-dupe that to here.
