The problem is apparent since the latest ms patchday and it's mainly affecting the proper signature generation for shutdownhangs.

ni on ted to help, and to hopefully teach us how to do this at the All Hands if he is there.

I did a manual upload of some symbols at the all hands while handing over responsibility to RelMan so hopefully this specific issue is fixed and sylvestre or marco will fix the underlying issue in bug 1487141.
