After entering a URL in the location bar, pressing ENTER or RETURN does not work
-- I have to enable the "Go" button and click this instead.  This does not
happen with any other browser.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter URL
2. Press enter.
3.

Actual Results:  Nothing.

Expected Results:  Opened the URL.
Probably a duplicate of bug 90337. Reporter: read the comments in that bug for
some tips for fixing this problem.
