Details
The ADB command listDevices is currently unused. We might need it to improve USB debugging, but this bug should be used to remove it if it is unused after we stop the effort on RemoteDebugging next
File for this command should be at devtools/shared/adb/commands/list-devices.js (refactoring in progress in Bug 1492700)
