User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:64.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/64.0 Steps to reproduce: 1. Open a page with a Textarea that has overflowing horizontal text lenght, so a horizontal scrollbar appears (it was a Gitlab file edit in my case) 2. Hit Ctrl+B and Ctrl+B again 3. Scroll the cursor horizontally out of the visible part of the textarea. The view will not move with the cursor once it has left the visible part. However if you keep scrolling it will eventually move, but not to the cursor, just a bit to the right.
I couldn't reproduce this issue. Could you please try to reproduce it again on the latest Firefox Nightly? You can download it from here "https://nightly.mozilla.org/" and retest the problem after creating a new profile, you have the steps here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=Managing-profiles#w_starting-the-profile-manager Thanks.

Haven't tested with current Nightly, but current Beta 65.0b8 (64-bit). Will try to find the time for testing with most recent Nightly.
