Details

When I land a patch using Lando and it gets backed out and I upload a fix to Phabricator, the revision remains closed and I have to reopen it manually before I can reland in Lando. It would be nice if it would be reopened when the corresponding revision gets backed out. I get an email from Phabricator when this happens so it seems that Phabricator knows about this already. If this isn't possible, at least when a new diff is submitted to a closed revision it would be nice if it was reopened.
