Bug 1510795 is tracking standing up new S3 buckets in a new AWS account for hosting hg data.

At some point, we'll want to transition the clone bundles S3 buckets to the new set. This includes standing up a new CloudFront distribution in the new AWS account and updating the hg.cdn.mozilla.net CNAME to the new distribution.
