Timezone doesn't update automatically if OS timezone changes

(Reporter: git, Unassigned)
Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Fedora; Linux x86_64; rv:63.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/63.0
Steps to reproduce:
I traveled and moved one timezone back. (One hour difference)
Actual results:
My operating system (Fedora 29) automatically updated my computer's clock by updating the timezone, giving me the right time.
Thunderbird didn't do anything and stayed on my initial time zone. All my events are currently showing with one hour difference, making them particularly confusing.
Expected results:
Thunderbird should have a mechanism to automatically update the timezone without relying on users to realise there is a timezone issue, know where to go fix it (Preferences > Calendar > Timezone), and change it manually.
Maybe listen to OS events on TZ change, maybe try and figure out on its own which timezone its in (and ask user for confirmation).
