151311 - Right click on page to print (context menu)

There should be a context menu option, accessible by right clicking the
page/frame, to print that page/frame. This habit become ingrained in me from
using MS IE to always ensure that the correct frame is printed. But, more
importantly, there are situations, most notably popup "help"/"glossary" web
pages which have all controls hidden that I wish to print and cannot (at least
cannot without knowing a key combination).

This is the type of enhancement that you would swear has been previously
suggested. But I have done searches on:
  "print & right"
  "print & context"
  "print & menu"

with no matches. If there is a matching bug, please add these key words to it so
that it may be quickly discovered and duplicates can be avoided.
