Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 66.0a1 (2018-12-11) (64-bit)

Prerequisites:
Enable Basic Tracking Protection

Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to: https://www.bjs.com/product/kellogg-nutri-grain-bars-48-ct/3000000000000140865
2. Observe the layout.

Expected Behavior:
The webpage is successfully loaded

Actual Behavior:
The Top banner, Logo and other elements are missing.

This is related to `tpimages` breakage #1470301

Looking at the devtools console, here are the blocked resources:

The resource at “https://richmedia.channeladvisor.com/ImageDelivery/imageService?profileId=52000717&imageID=12332&recipeId=243” was blocked because content blocking is enabled.[Learn More] 3000000000000140865
The resource at “https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtm.js?id=GTM-NPVD42F&gtm_auth=74J3XT5_oLiO6rlUch8RSw&gtm_preview=env-2&gtm_cookies_win=x” was blocked because content blocking is enabled.[Learn More] 3000000000000140865

So these are the domains to test:
richmedia.channeladvisor.com
www.googletagmanager.com

I opened the URL in a fresh browser profile (Firefox Nightly 66, uMatrix installed, normal mode) and loaded the page. The page did not fully load.

I disabled the Spoof Referrer option in uMatrix and then *WHITELISTED*:
certona.net
channeladvisor.com
res-x.com

After this, the page loaded.
The other resources didn't help.

channeladvisor.com can be found in the disconnect-blacklist.json and disconnect-entitylist.json
res-x.com can be found in the disconnect-blacklist.json and disconnect-entitylist.json

So in conclusion:

res-x.com - Content = [tp-content]

The images appear to be loading for me in strict mode, so I think this has since been fixed. Sergiu, can you confirm?
