I would say it's P2 for failing on general-tests.html which is space to improve.

We have fixed basically all of these failures. The remaining one is bug 1615389.

We still fail some of the tests mentioned in OP as far as I can tell. It might make sense to have more dedicated bugs though...

Note that recent additions for WPT tracking does not include same-site and schemeful-same-site tests. Those will be handled separately.
