Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:64.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/64.0
Steps to reproduce:
Play streaming video on hmnow.com or https://watch.tbn.tv/videos/tbn-live using Firefox 64 on Ubuntu 18.04 on a computer with ATI Radeon 3000 (RS780L) graphics.
Actual results:
Video lags several seconds behind audio. If you pause stream video will keep going until it catches up with paused audio.
Expected results:
Going back to Firefox 63 on the same machine video and audio stays in perfect sync. I have no issues with either of these websites in Firefox 64 on Intel hardware.

Michael, could you try to find a regression range using mozregression (https://mozilla.github.io/mozregression/install.html)? Please let me know if I can be of any help in doing so.
Flags: needinfo?(mecrider)
Sorry I never got a chance to use mozregression, but I just tried updating to Firefox 66 and it is working perfectly again. So somewhere this bug got fixed. Thanks.
