User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Android 8.0.0; Mobile; rv:63.0) Gecko/63.0 Firefox/63.0 Steps to reproduce: Reproducing the problem in both Firefox and Firefox Beta: * enable full screen * view an image, for example https://i.ytimg.com/vi/qvE2miLMbNk/maxresdefault.jpg * pinch to zoom in to make the image a bit larger than the screen vertically (for example twice as big) * slowly scroll up and down, and see the image move irregularly in a jerky/jumpy way when the address bar is close to fully visible Note: This is the easiest way to show the problem, but it will also occur in certain web pages. Actual results: The scrolling is jerky/jumpy when the address bar is close to fully visible. Expected results: Smooth scrolling action.
