v15.0b13479 iPad Air 2 (11.2) * Go to any Library panel and long press on an entry. Result: You'll have to press for ~4 seconds to trigger the context menu.

nvm. I can reproduce this on iPad. This probably has to do with the fact that we also support drag/drop on these items.
